Tim grew up along the Orange County coast and has spent his career advocating for people in two of the highest‑stakes rooms most of us ever enter: the courtroom and the closing table.

After years practicing law, he brought that same discipline to real estate. The result is a quieter, more deliberate kind of representation: every contract read line by line, every offer stress‑tested, every client treated like the only client.

Outside the office, Tim coaches with Special Olympics Southern California. The athletes he works with shape how he shows up everywhere, with patience, presence, and joy.
