Tim moved to Southern California in 1999 and has spent the last two‑plus decades getting to know the OC coastline block by block. That depth of local knowledge shapes every recommendation he makes.

Years of trial work sharpened the communication skills clients feel most: clear updates, quick responses, and plain‑English answers to complicated questions.

After years practicing law, he brought that same discipline to real estate. Tim represents both buyers and sellers, charges reasonable fees scaled to each transaction, and stays available to clients 24/7 because deals rarely wait for business hours.

Outside the office, Tim coaches with Special Olympics Southern California. The athletes he works with shape how he shows up everywhere, with patience, presence, and joy.
